The WorldGaming Executive Lounge at ICE 2027

This is our largest lounge yet. It's in CC2, next to the new Fira metro stop, with its own check-in desk on the ground floor. It's a private, fully serviced space away from the show floor, where you can meet, work and reset between meetings.

Access is by stairs or lift from the ground-floor check-in desk in CC2.

The members-only programme

At ICE 2027, the lounge programme is built around roundtables and open spaces rather than presentations. The rooms are small and off the record, and the agenda is shaped by the members in them. On Monday and Tuesday there are three sessions a day, running 10:00 to 15:30, on the themes members told us matter most:

Theme: Where is growth coming from?
Regulation, market development, investment

Theme: How is the customer changing?
Marketing, regulation, technology, mature markets

Theme: What is actually transforming the industry?
Technology, product, innovation, emerging market solutions

Theme: What gives gambling permission to grow?
Trust, public affairs, responsible gaming, ESG

Open to all members with lounge access. The full line-up will be published in December.

Arriving early? Members are invited on a private museum trip on the afternoon of Sunday 17 January, before ICE opens.

Digital + Lounge, Circle Access and Inner Circle all include access to the WorldGaming Executive Lounge at ICE Barcelona 2027. They also include our lounges at iGB L!VE and SBC Lisbon.

The lounge is in CC2, next to the new Fira metro stop. Check in at our ground-floor desk, then take the stairs or lift.

Yes. Membership covers the WorldGaming Executive Lounge and the members-only programme, but it doesn't include an ICE pass. Register for ICE separately (link to ICE registration).

All members with lounge access can join the roundtables and open-space sessions in the lounge, and the Think Tanks we run throughout the year. Circle Access and Inner Circle members also get invitations to dinners, hosted socials and curated experiences.

No. Membership runs for 12 months from the date you join. It covers lounges at three major events plus curated experiences and platform access all year.

Access is confirmed as soon as you join.  You will go through an onboarding process so look at for those emails!
