1. Get your pass

Operators, regulators and institutions can register for a free Expo Pass. Businesses that sell into the gaming industry attend with MeetMe or MeetMe+

2. Register online

It only takes a few minutes. Passes are verified so please book the pass that is correct for your business type otherwise your ticket will be cancelled.

3. Plan your ICE in the app

The ICE app launches in November. Browse the attendee list, view the agenda and speakers and book your meetings before you arrive.

MeetMe users get AI-powered meeting recommendations and access to book in to three MeetMe districts.

4. Arrive and get straight to business

Pick up your badge and head in. MeetMe holders use the fast-track South Entrance, and MeetMe HQ opens from 9:30am.

If your business sells into the gaming industry, you'll need a MeetMe or MeetMe+ pass to attend. Everyone else can register for a free Expo Pass. If you're not sure, contact our team ICE.support@worldgamingbusiness.com before you register. Passes are verified so please book the pass that is correct for your business type otherwise your ticket will be cancelled.

Both include entry to all three days and bookable tables across three MeetMe Districts. MeetMe+ adds your own reserved table in MeetMe HQ for all three days, and availability is limited.

MeetMe is €249 at the Early Bird price until 13 November, then the price rises as we get closer to the show. The onsite price is €499. MeetMe+ is €1,999. All prices exclude VAT.

The app launches In November, which gives you Several weeks to view the attendee list and book meetings. Tables are booked first come, first served. MeetMe users will get enhanced features.
