Plenary Sessions

Hear the questions and perspectives shaping the shared agenda. Plenary sessions bring Council delegates together to discuss the issues before taking them into more focused conversations.

Closed Boardrooms

Work through specific challenges in solution rooms and roundtables. Participation requires a separate application, so a Council place does not automatically include every boardroom.

Bilateral Networking

Develop relationships through one-to-one conversations, with support from the delegate team to help arrange meetings. Individual meetings depend on arrangements with the people involved.

Who you can expect to meet

The Council is for senior leaders whose responsibilities connect directly to the agenda. In 2027, participation is by invitation, with applications welcomed from senior leadership in selected organisations:

• Legislatures and national ministries, including finance, justice, sports, culture and tourism.

• Regulatory and enforcement authorities covering gambling, tax, financial services, data protection, identity, advertising and policing, as well as central banks.

• City and regional governments​
• Global sport’s governing bodies, leagues, and major technology and social media platforms​
• C-level operators, and senior regulatory representatives from the gaming industry ​

WHO YOU CAN EXPECT TO MEET
The Council is designed to bring senior regulators and policymakers into discussion with operator leaders, enforcement authorities and selected leaders from sport, technology and the wider gaming ecosystem. Hear how the same issues look from another institution’s side of the table, and identify where your responsibilities call for cooperation.

Your Council Pass includes access to the ICE Conference and Expo. Attendance at the Council requires its own invitation; a Conference or Expo Pass alone does not provide entry.
