Wheelchair and mobility scooter hire
Attendees will be able to enquire about having a mobility scooter at the info desk concierge at south access as well as the east access entrance. We will ask for their ID and ask them to fill out a form with their contact details- in exchange for the scooter/wheelchair . Wheelchairs will be in storage on -1 so a staff member will be able to go down to get either the wheelchair or mobility scooter for them. The scooter/wheelchair must be returned 30 mins before show close. Once returned they will have their ID given back to them. We will have their number in case of any issues.
The Multifaith Room
The Multifaith Room at ICE 2026 is a quiet, inclusive space created to support the diverse spiritual and religious needs of our attendees. Situated at the top of the escalator leading to the express walkway, this serene environment offers a place for reflection, prayer, or a moment of calm during the event.
Open to all, the Multifaith Room reflects our commitment to inclusivity and respect for all beliefs, providing a welcoming space for everyone to pause and recharge.
The Family Room
The Family Room at ICE 2026, located at the top of the escalator leading to the express walkway, provides a calm and private environment for attendees who are breastfeeding or pregnant. Designed for convenience, it offers a quiet retreat to rest, recharge, and attend to family needs during the event
Wellness Room
The Wellness Room at ICE 2026, located on the show floor in Hall 2, Room D, is a serene space for attendees seeking a moment of calm. Whether you wish to meditate, stretch, or simply relax, this peaceful environment provides a refreshing retreat to recharge and restore focus during the event.
Disabled Parking
The Gran Via venue has designated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility in all its parking areas.
These spaces are clearly marked and located near the main entrances to facilitate access from the vehicle to the entrance:
- Parking A: 6 spaces
- Parking B: 14 spaces
- Parking C: 4 spaces
- Parking D: 4 spaces
- Parking E: 18 spaces
- Parking F: 3 spaces
