The terms and conditions below apply to the registration and membership of Ampersand+, a membership business owned by Clarion Events Ltd. By completing the registration and subscribing to Ampersand+, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Membership Details

Ampersand+ membership is available for a fee of £1299+VAT and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of registration.

Membership is non-transferable, and members are strictly prohibited from switching or sharing their membership with others.

Chatham House Rule

All meetings and discussions organized by Ampersand+ operate under the Chatham House Rule. This means that information shared during meetings is confidential and should not be attributed to specific individuals without their express permission. Members are expected to adhere to this rule and maintain the confidentiality of discussions.

Membership Benefits

Ampersand+ membership grants access to a range of exclusive benefits, which may include but are not limited to:

a. Invitations to member-only events, conferences, and seminars. b. Access to networking opportunities with industry professionals. c. Access to premium content, resources, and industry insights. d. Exclusive offers and promotions from partner organizations, subject to availability.

The specific benefits provided as part of the membership are subject to change, and Clarion Events Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefits without prior notice.

Membership Renewal

Ampersand+ membership is automatically renewed on an annual basis unless canceled by the member. Renewal fees will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of renewal.

Members will be notified prior to their membership renewal date, and it is the member's responsibility to inform Clarion Events Ltd if they wish to cancel their membership before the renewal date.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been renewed for another term.

Membership Cancellation

Members have the right to cancel their Ampersand+ membership at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, members must notify Clarion Events Ltd in writing or via the designated cancellation request process on the Ampersand+ website.

Cancellation requests received before the membership renewal date will ensure that the membership is not renewed for the subsequent term. No refund will be provided for any remaining period of the current membership term.

Clarion Events Ltd reserves the right to terminate a member's membership at any time, without providing a refund, if the member breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any behavior deemed harmful or disruptive to the Ampersand+ community.

Privacy and Data Protection

Clarion Events Ltd respects the privacy of its members and complies with applicable data protection laws. The collection, storage, and processing of personal data are governed by the Ampersand+ Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Ampersand+ website.

By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Ampersand+ Privacy Policy.

Ownership and Copyright

The copyright and ownership of all materials, including but not limited to the Ampersand+ website, resources, and other content, belong to Clarion Events Ltd. Members are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any of these materials without prior written permission.

Amendments and Termination

Clarion Events Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Ampersand+ website and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Clarion Events Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's membership at their discretion, without providing a refund, if the member fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any activity that is deemed harmful or disruptive to the Ampersand+ community.

Liability and Disclaimer

Ampersand+ and Clarion Events Ltd make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, they do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided as part of the membership.

Ampersand+ and Clarion Events Ltd, including their affiliates, officers, and employees, shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential damages, loss of profit, or any other harm arising from errors or omissions in the content or information provided.

Indemnity

Members agree to indemnify and hold Clarion Events Ltd, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their membership, participation in Ampersand+ activities, or violation of these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any additional guidelines or policies provided by Clarion Events Ltd, constitute the entire agreement between the member and Clarion Events Ltd regarding Ampersand+ membership and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By completing the registration and subscribing to Ampersand+, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
