Ampersand at ICE 2024!

Once again, Ampersand will be hosting an Open Space meeting on 8th February between 10am - 2:00pm.

With its unconference format of free-flowing discussions, the ICE edition of Open Space will give YOU

the full power over the questions you want to ask, the experiences you want to share and the themes you want to brainstorm.

There are no moderators or speakers to dominate the conversations – the day will be driven entirely by participants who propose topics in advance.

What’s new for 2024?

Following feedback from previous years, we have made some changes!

  1. New timings from 10 am till 2:00 pm – shorter and more condensed, still packed with interesting discussions on topics that you suggest.
  2. Themes are collected in advance to cut on the initial introduction, jump straight to discussions and allow you to maximise your time engaging with the attendees.
  3. Food for thought throughout – we’ll be kicking off with Breakfast, so make sure you make it on time for 9:30 am. Substantial food will be available to fuel your discussions for the duration.

On the day timings

The agenda will be finalised on the day and will feature the topics put forward by you and other participants, but here is some top-level information to keep in mind:

When: Thursday, 8th February. 10am - 1:30pm

Where: Southern Galleries

How: Open Space format of multiple parallel discussions – you decide which one you want to join. If you have a burning topic to discuss, then make sure you submit it as part of your RSVP.

Refreshments: Food and drinks served throughout.
