Clarion Gaming has confirmed its decision to postpone what would have been the 3rd edition of ICE Africa originally scheduled to be held across 26 – 28 October. The announcement comes as Clarion adopts a measured and pragmatic return of in-person events.

ICE Connect the algorithm-based digital market-place that was unveiled by Clarion Gaming in February, has swiftly captured the imagination of the international gambling community. Within weeks of being announced the platform, which scientifically matches senior-level decision-makers with industry-leading solution providers, has signed-up vetted buyers with a combined cap-ex budget of £100m. ICE Connect Europe takes place across 21- 25 June with the dedicated ICE Connect North America running from 28 June to 2 July.

As the international industry anticipates the return of ICE London in February 2022, Clarion Gaming has announced the launch of its ICE 365 content series – a free-to-access deep-dive into sector-specific insight, analysis and exclusive content delivered in partnership with recognised industry experts and thought leaders.

Clarion Gaming has confirmed the development of ICE Connect, an invitation-only Executive Summit programme that uses algorithms to scientifically match qualified senior-level decision-makers who have both buying power and immediate requirements with industry-leading solution providers. ICE Connect is being curated by California-based Quartz Events, which was acquired by Clarion in 2020 and is the fastest-growing producer of invitation-only executive summits, with 80% of Fortune 100 companies participating in their events last year. ICE Connect will run June 21st – 25th (Europe focus) and 28th June – 2nd July  (North America focus) – with a repeat of this schedule taking place in the Autumn.

Clarion Gaming has responded to requests from its international community of stakeholders and postponed the co-located 2021 editions of ICE London and iGB Affiliate London, which were due to take place at the end of June.

Clarion Gaming has announced changes to its senior team with Alex Pratt, who helped pioneer the development of the i-Gaming Business brand, becoming Group Managing Director, and long-time Clarion executive, Stuart Hunter assuming the role of Managing Director with direct responsibility for all of Clarion's market-leading industry events and brands.

Series brings together the leading voices in the gambling reform debate, with the first episode featuring BGC chief executive Michael Dugher, followed by Carolyn Harris MP

Kate Chambers, who has driven the development of the Clarion Gaming portfolio of world-leading brands, has confirmed that she will be taking up a new more defined role.

Clarion Gaming has confirmed that the next edition of ICE London and iGB Affiliate London will now open in June at ExCeL London, UK.
