Press Admission Policy

Please read carefully the information below before applying

Please review the admission policy below if you are willing to attend ICE 2026 as press or internal media for exhibitors. Note that the below policy is additional to the standard ICE admission policy, which you agree to when completing the form on this page.

Press Admission Policy:

ICE is for B2B trade media only unless under prior agreement with the organisers (Clarion Gaming, part of Clarion Events) or if they are the guest of an ICE exhibitor. In this event the host exhibitor has to provide the organisers with written undertakings to take full responsibility for the behaviour of invited non-trade media.

Consumer media arriving at the exhibition must go to the press registration desk situated at the entrance of Fira Grand Via and sign the legally binding ICE Barcelona T&Cs governing their behaviour onsite.

Exhibitors will be required to collect their invited media at registration, be responsible for their actions at all times, escort them from the show, take receipt of their entry badge and return it to ICE Press Officer Chris Jones.

Consumer media must provide written confirmation that all film taken at ICE is the intellectual property of the organisers (Clarion Gaming, part of Clarion Events) and cannot be used or broadcast without their prior permission.

In the event of a member of the non-gaming media gaining access without the above permission or if they have gained entry using false information or credentials or have deliberately withheld information, they will be ejected from the exhibition.

Entry is at the discretion of the ICE organisers who reserve the right to exclude any person(s) without prejudice.

The “World Regulatory Briefing” will operate under Chatham House Rules for 2026.

After the opening keynote and panel (which are open to press and media), the stage will switch to Chatham House Rules from 11:00 onward. This ensures all comments made by senior leaders and regulators remain off the record and confidential.

The Chatham House Rule is a rule of discussion that allows participants to use the information they receive but forbids revealing the identity or affiliation of the speakers or any other participant. It is used worldwide to encourage open and honest dialogue by creating a confidential environment where people can speak freely without fear of their comments being publicly attributed to them.

All other conference tracks and workshops, as well as show floor feature content will remain open to press and media, and attributed.
