Booking a Call with Customer Success

New to 2026 - we have introduced a new support method which is you can now book a 30 minute call with our Customer Success team, please see follow below instructions; 

Booking a Call with Customer Success

1) To book a session with ICE CS click here > ICE Customer Success

2) Select which CS agent you wish to meet with, you will have the option to select Teresa (Head of Customer Success) Anna or David (who are both CS team members)*.

(*if you select anyone, then it will be the first available team member) 

3) Select Date and Time.

4) Fill in your information: 

First and surname

Email

Address

Phone number

5) Fill in 'Notes' with your stand number or specify your stand number further down: 

Notes - please specify your stand number in this section.

6) Fill in the last section for further additional information: 

Which event are you reaching out about? 

Which category best matches your description? 

Could you please provide us with any relevant information to help us prepare for this meeting?

7) Select the 'Book' button.
