With nearly 30 years of experience in social impact, her current focus is on advancing safer gambling and continuous improvement in the industry through robust standards and high impact harm minimization practices related to player education, consumer safeguards, and employee training. An experienced presenter and educator, Tracy has led seminars and workshops on ESG, business ethics, and gambling-related topics around the world. She holds an MBA specializing in Sustainability and Strategy.
