Petra joined Better Collective as SVP Growth in 2023. Before this she was an integral part of the C-level team at Greek operator KaizenGaming building a solid foundation for international growth both in terms of products, strategy and organisation and Betsson Group, where she was, among other things, driving M&A. 

Petra spent 13 years in management consulting, starting her career in McKinsey.  

Since then Petra has been working and living in emerging markets within CEE, Africa and South America, specialising in international business development, strategy and sales, online and offline, across industries. She is passionate about getting things done with a clear focus on customers and building strong and diverse teams.
