Since moving to Malta and joining the industry back in 2017, I have built my career around collaboration, innovation, and promoting inclusive workplaces. Alongside my professional journey, I have had the privilege of being a part of the Malta Pride team. Helping to amplify LGBTQI+ visibility, strengthen community engagement, and champion equality on a national level. I have been fortunate enough to work with many of my peers to help them achieve their goals and promote Inclusion and Equity.

My commitment to LGBTQI+ advocacy began long before my move to Malta. I have been actively involved in my home-town Pride since its beginnings in 2007, contributing to grassroots efforts that helped shape the event into an empowering space for the local community. Through both my industry experience and long-standing involvement in Pride initiatives, I aim to help create safe and welcoming environments whether in the workplace or wider community, where people feel seen, supported, and are able to grow, thrive and be authentically themselves.
