Jan Rehola is the founder and director of the Institute for Gambling Regulation (IPRH), which is the largest professional association in this field in the Czech Republic. He has more than fifteen years of experience in gambling regulation, both in the public and private sectors. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. Previously, he worked, among other things, at the Ministry of Finance as Director of the Gambling Regulation Department. Jan Rehola regularly lectures at international conferences and publishes in professional journals and periodicals. Within the Institute, he is involved in the development of a national programme for the prevention and reduction of gambling related harms.
