Senior Manager of Global Sustainability, IGT
Jade Luchauer is the Senior Manager, Global Sustainability at IGT with a focus on Advancing Responsibility and Supporting our Community priorities of the IGT Sustainability Plan. She has worked on responsible gaming programs with IGT since 2014 starting with IGT Indiana working on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery before moving into a global role in 2019. Jade has vast experience with responsible gaming gleaned from working on both the operator and supplier side of the business. Her primary responsibilities are to ensure the successful implementation of responsible gaming initiatives that support WLA and G4 certifications and establish a global community giving and engagement program. Prior to IGT, she worked for the State of Indiana as a bureau director in the social services administration where she gained knowledge of the impacts of mental health and addiction on some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. She also has experience working in the non-profit sector through community development and outreach programs. She received her MBA from Anderson University’s Falls School of Business in 2009. This unique combination of experience has given her a unique perspective on Corporate Social Responsibility and how corporations and communities can create shared value with an emphasis on player health and transparency.
