Gifty-Rita Amoah is the Deputy Director, Legal at the Gaming Commission of Ghana, with nearly a decade in the gaming industry and over 12 years of legal experience. She oversees the Inspection, Investigation, Compliance & Enforcement Directorate and leads legislative reforms to modernize Ghana's gaming industry. As an Ambassador for Women in Gaming (African chapter), Gifty-Rita advocates for inclusivity and has spoken widely on regulatory compliance and responsible gaming. She holds degrees from the University of Ghana, certificates from the London School of Economics, and is a trained artist and fashion designer, inspired by her daughter and her  Catholic Boarding school education.
