Elena Rousseva is the current CEO of Playtech Managed Services, where she leads the delivery of customer support and risk management solutions for clients across the world's leading gaming platforms. She brings extensive experience directing large-scale operational teams across global markets, with a strong track record of leading organisational transformation, from aligning and optimising internal processes to driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and automation.
Prior to becoming CEO, Elena held several senior, client-facing roles within the gambling industry, including Head of VIP, where she was responsible for advancing risk management and payments capabilities, expanding the use of automation, and overseeing back office and sportsbook trading operations.
Elena's strategic approach to leadership is grounded in a strong academic foundation, having earned an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Sofia University.
