Doug was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of Pollard Banknote in 2011, and brings a dynamic, customer-centric, and forward-thinking vision to the organization, playing an integral role in setting Pollard Banknote’s standard of excellence in product development, quality, innovation, marketing, and client service. His commitment and industry insight were recognized during his 2015 induction into the Public Gaming Research Institute (“PGRI”) Lottery Hall of Fame.

Under Doug’s leadership, significant investments in talent and technology acquisitions have been made to grow the Pollard Banknote family of companies, which offers a full range of proven digital solutions including player engagement and outstanding eInstant games, and includes mkodo, an award-winning supplier of mobile and front-end technology to iGaming operators and lotteries. His leadership has been pivotal to the development and upcoming launch of the new omnichannel Pollard Catalyst™ Gaming Platform.

Since 2014, Doug has also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of NeoPollard Interactive (“NPi”), Pollard Banknote’s joint venture with Aristocrat Interactive. NPi powers the four most profitable iLottery programs in North America, including the Virginia Lottery, which set a new industry record as the highest grossing first-year program, grew by an impressive 69% in its second year, and continues to maintain the highest gross per capita sales of any U.S. lottery.
