Cristina Turbatu has spent 14 years in iGaming technology leadership, most recently as CTO of Casumo, and previously as CTO of BeyondPlay and Head of Playtech's Innovation Lab. Her career has centred on the technology behind operator performance, from platform and product to data and real-time customer engagement. Over the past year she has been building AI products hands-on, including agentic simulations that let operators test big decisions on thousands of synthetic players before committing to them. She also advises operators and startups across the industry.
