Chris is Vice President Business Development and Principal Consultant for QLot Consulting, the world’s leading independent lottery consulting house and an associate member of the WLA. In this capacity and since 2011, he was/is involved in several major governmental consulting assignments around the world. Before joining QLot and since 2003, he was with Intralot, initially as Commercial Director and later as CEO of its subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Asia Pacific and as Board Director in several of its JVs. Before that, he held various positions in Hitachi Europe, eventually becoming Strategy & Business Development Manager for Europe and the Middle East, a position he held until 2003. He started his career as a Research Engineer for the Philips Research Laboratories. He holds a Master's in Electronic Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology and a BEng Honours in Electronic Engineering from the University of Westminster."
