Caroline Newman
Caroline Newman is a coach, workplace consultant and an advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion, bringing over a decade of experience in the gambling industry. Her career has spanned senior leadership roles across Compliance, Governance and Anti-Financial Crime, including positions as Regulatory Compliance Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Through her professional journey and lived experiences, Caroline developed a growing interest in understanding how differently people think, process information and experience the workplace. This inspired her to establish her own coaching and workplace consultancy business, combining her leadership experience with a commitment to helping individuals and organisations embrace different ways of thinking and working.
At the heart of Caroline's approach is the belief that people should not have to change who they are to succeed. Instead, she focuses on helping individuals understand how their brains work, recognise their strengths and discover strategies that work with their natural ways of thinking, rather than against them. Her coaching is informed by an understanding of ADHD and autism, with an emphasis on building confidence, encouraging self-awareness and supporting people to thrive authentically.
Caroline is equally passionate about the role organisations play in creating inclusive environments. She advocates for moving beyond awareness towards meaningful change, challenging traditional expectations and encouraging workplaces to recognise that there is no single right way to think, communicate or work.
Bringing together her experience of senior leadership, lived experience and a practical, empathetic approach, Caroline champions a workplace culture where individuality is valued, differences are understood and everyone has the opportunity to succeed without compromising who they are.
