The annual Regulators’ Lunch brings together the international regulatory community for unrivalled networking opportunities and to hear keynote addresses from industry leaders. This year's keynote will be “The Regulatory Challenges of Influencer Marketing” delivered by Stéphane Vojetta, Deputy of the French National Assembly for the 5th Constituency of Residents Overseas (Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Monaco)  

Stéphane will discuss the evolution of the European commercial influencer marketing sector in relation to restricted industries including gambling, sports betting and cryptocurrencies, alongside the role of regulators in policing social media platforms for the safety of at-risk groups. His keynote will look back at the achievements of France’s landmark Influencer Law, discussing how it became the de facto regulatory standard on this despite initial reluctance by the European Commission, before talking about the future prospects of an "Influencers Directive" and additional international cooperation.
