Guy Shemer: Our AI Expert is unlike traditional AI tools in that it doesn’t rely on regression models and past behaviours to predict future outcomes and it isn’t just another chatbot. Instead, it is agentic; in other words, it creates instead of only analysing.

GS: AI Expert is perfect for any iGaming marketeer, but it is particularly effective for CRM teams, retention managers and product owners. iGX: How do you build an iGaming-specific AI model to answer client queries?
GS: We’ve trained the AI Expert exclusively on Solitics’ product logic, customer journeys and real use cases. It understands deposits, bonuses, KYC events, retention metrics and player activity in both casino and sportsbook down to the fine detail.
As I said earlier, it is trained for iGaming specific workflows, so AI Expert is both accurate and relevant for what professionals and marketing departments in the industry actually need.
iGX: How important is it to offer KPI-focused results?
GS: It’s everything. If campaigns aren’t tied to real outcomes, they become noise. The AI Expert puts KPIs at the centre – FTDs, deposits, engagement, registrations – to ensure every journey has a measurable business impact.
That focus drives not just short-term wins, but long-term retention and lifetime value.
iGX: How does the model personalise its responses to each client’s needs?
GS: There are two ways I think about this: both for the player and the operator.

GS: We’re rolling out AI Expert with existing clients first as they can benefit from it immediately. Our wider roadmap includes advanced capabilities like churn prediction and LTV forecasting, with expansion into more verticals underway.
We are ensuring collaboration and gathering feedback from clients continuously and it will be used to ensure that AI Expert is updated so it is up-to-date with market demands.
