All space only stand plans must be submitted to the appointed Stand Plan Inspection Agency, Event Support Solutions (ESS), by the published deadline. Submissions must be made in full and submitted to ICEplans@eventsupportsolutions.com.

All information is to be submitted in English and include the exhibiting company's name and stand number. Alongside your stand plans and all supporting documentation, you must also submit the Stand Design Inspection Form. 

We require all persons accessing the exhibition areas to be duly identified/accredited and to agree to the site rules as stipulated by the Organiser and the Venue. All personnel will be provided with a personal pass.

During the days of build-up and breakdown, individuals under the age of 16 shall not be allowed to enter the halls.

Special activities and demonstrations are permitted on stands, however they must be disclosed to and approved by the Organisers in advance of the show. Failure to notify the Organiser will result in you being asked to cancel or turn off your activities. If you intend to include any items of special risk on your stand for the show, they must be included in your Risk Assessment. Special activities include but are not limited to: 

• Inflatables including helium & toy balloons.
• Performances including dancers, bands, DJs, or other musical acts.
• Private transport arriving onsite to take guests from the exhibition to other events.
• Laser and haze products.
• Seated audiences.
• Neon or fluorescent lights.
• Water features or water-related activities.
• Animals.
• Motor vehicles.
• Fog or mist machines.
• Flammable oils, liquids & gases, compressed gases, and naked flames.
• Working machinery & apparatus.
• Radioactive substances.
• Dangerous exhibits, including weapons & guns.

If you wish to have special activities on your stand, please complete the  ICE 2027 - Special Activities Form

Deadline is 3rd  November 2026.

We ask that all Exhibitors complete the Stand Contractor Information Form. By completing this form, they provide us the consent to contact you, the Stand Contractor, with important notices.

• Exhibitors can choose between 12-hour or 24-hour power, and they can select the number of build-up days included, which can be 2, 4, or 7 days, as specified in the list below.

• For any electrical connections exceeding 40kW, please note that these are available upon request only, and a special technical project must be completed where the cost is measured against the total amount of kW ordered. Please contact the team on ICEEU@ges.com

• In order to satisfy local electrotechnical regulations on stands with more than 50kW of power in total, a licensed (Catalan) engineer must complete a technical project and sign an installation report, which will result in an additional fee which is calculated based on the total amount of kW ordered

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Any request to move mains boxes onsite during the show build-up period will incur the cost of a new connection. This is because a local engineer must complete and sign a new installation report for each movement. All orders for electrical power placed with GES must be accompanied by a diagram showing location and relevant information in connection with your order. Orders will not be accepted without this information. FAQ's

What are the connection periods?

-Daytime electrical panels : These panels are connected each day 30 mins before the event opens and disconnected 30 mins after the closing time.

-24-hour electrical panels : These panels supply power throughout the whole event, 24 hours a day, and are recommended if you have fridges or machinery that needs to be permanentley connected.

If you a contract three-phase electrical with Cbs, how many single-phase outlets will it have?

The number of CBs installed should always be in accordance with the following ration:

CB = Circuit Breaker

1kW = 1,000 Watts

Wi-Fi SERVICES: The Wi-Fi service provided during the event operates in the 5GHz spectrum only. It is strictly prohibited to install or operate personal Wi-Fi or wireless devices that emit signals at the 5 GHz and/or 6 GHz frequency bands. All exhibitors are required to comply with the event Wireless Policy 

Event Support Solutions (ESS) is the appointed partner responsible for inspecting all stand plans and ensuring all plans are submitted to the venue on time. ESS will also be on-site checking that stands are built according to the plans that have been submitted.

Based on Law 5/2014: Only companies licensed by the Ministry of the Interior can legally provide security services here. They must provide us proof of this authorization. All security guards need a valid TIP (Tarjeta de Identificación Profesional) card and must carry it while working. Companies not licensed to operate in Spain cannot perform security functions. Doing so is a very serious offence, with heavy fines and legal consequences, for both the company and its workers. In short, to comply with the law, security services must be contracted from a legally authorised company in Spain, whether through Servifira or another approved provider.

We require all persons accessing the exhibition areas to be duly identified/accredited and to agree to the site rules as stipulated by the Organiser and the Venue. All personnel will be provided with a personal pass. This pass allows access during assembly and disassembly periods. It does not allow access to the event during the event's open days. The pass is personal and non-transferable. On accessing the venue for the first time, you will be asked to present your pass and be issued a wristband. During the assembly and disassembly periods, you must wear your wristband at all times. You may be asked at times by security to present your contractor pass, so please keep it handy at all times. In case of loss, the owner will have to notify the Security and Mobility Department as soon as possible. The obligation to comply with the regulations for the prevention of occupational risks is recalled. When the show is open, access to the exhibition halls will only be permitted with an exhibitor or visitor badge. Your badge must always be worn, as this is the only way security will grant you access to the show. You will be notified when registration goes live. During the days of build-up and breakdown, individuals under the age of 16 shall not be allowed to enter the halls.

Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) have been appointed as the official & sole logistics provider for ICE 2026 which includes freight forwarding, lifting and storage.

They will be the only party authorized to operate forklifts and other lifting machinery within FIRA Barcelona venue.

KN Courier Point: Courier partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and participants can conveniently drop off their materials at our designated courier station on either build or breakdown of the show. Our friendly staff will be there to assist. Please note: that you must notify Kuehne + Nagel prior to any expected deliveries, otherwise this could lead to a loss of your deliveries and they will not be held responsibly if you do not inform them.

Hard Deadline - Tuesday 15th December 2026 

After this date, rigging may not possible.

If an Exhibitor or their appointed Stand Contractor does not order their rigging points by the deadline, there is no guarantee that their rigging points will be installed prior to their arrival time. If an Exhibitor does not confirm their rigging order ahead of when a neighbouring Exhibitor arrives onsite to start their construction, the rigging points will not be installed until your arrival time. This may cause delays as you will not be able to start construction until the rigging points have been installed to allow space for the lifting equipment and to ensure the space is safe
