Order Processing:
1. Initial Enquiry To place an order, please send an email to hello@mrlproductions.co.uk. Whether you have a clear idea of what you need or just want to explore options, our team of experienced professionals is here to help.
2. Consultation with Our Team Once we have received your inquiry, a member of our experienced team will reach out for an initial consultation. This is an opportunity to discuss the following points: - The nature of your event and exhibition stand - Specific requirements or ideas you have in mind - Key dates and delivery timelines - Any venue-specific considerations
3. Access to Product Catalogue Following your consultation, you’ll receive a copy of our product catalogue, which includes our full hire stock. The catalogue showcases: - Sound Equipment - Lighting Equipment - Rigging Equipment - Audio Visual Equipment
4. Product Selection & Quote Once you’ve had a chance to review our catalogue, you’re welcome to submit your product selections or any further questions. If you require something which you cannot see in our catalogue, please inquire as it may be something which we can source from our partner companies. Our team will prepare a customised quotation based on your chosen items and services. We’ll confirm availability, delivery arrangements, and installation requirements at this stage.
5. Confirmation & Next Steps When you’re happy with your quote, we’ll finalise the order and provide you with a confirmation. We’ll stay in touch in the lead up to your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, from delivery to setup
Deadline Information:
To ensure timely delivery, availability of stock, and smooth on-site coordination, we operate a three-tier ordering deadline system. This helps us plan efficiently and reward early booking with the most competitive pricing.
Tier 1 - Early Booking (28+ Days Before Hire Start Date) - Orders placed 28 days or more before the hire start date will receive our standard pricing. This is the most ideal time to book to ensure full product availability and the most cost-effective rates.
Tier 2 - Standard Booking (14-27 Days Before Hire Start Date) - Orders placed 14 to 27 days before the hire start date will incur a 10% service charge on the total hire cost. This covers the additional resources required to process and fulfil orders within a shorter timeframe.
Tier 3 - Last-Minute Booking (7-13 Days Before Hire Start Date) - Orders placed 7 to 13 days before the hire start date will incur a 20% service charge on the total hire cost. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, product availability may be limited at this stage, and options could be restricted. Rigging Deadlines are 21 days prior to the hire start date. This allows for all certification to be in place for the event.
Please note: Orders placed less than 7 days before the hire start date are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the items you need and avoid additional charges

Please be aware that to rig any branded elements above your stand, you must have paid for this sponsorship opportunity right through the Organiser.
