Exhibitor Technical Manual

The ICE 2025 Exhibitor Technical Manual is now live. This portal is designed to make your experience simpler and better. Whether you've exhibited at ICE for 40+ years or this is your first time, we're here to make things easy for you and our Technical Manual comes packed with awesome features to assist you.

• Say goodbye to stressing over managing the checklist – we'll shoot you reminders for your important tasks.
• When there is new information, you'll get an email notification.
• Every form you will be required to fill out will be in this manual, apart from your profile on the eZone, every other form will be available right here.

Please ensure that you take some time to read through the whole manual paying, particular attention to your responsibilities detailed in the Health and Safety section. We also encourage you to pass on all the relevant information to your stand contractor.
