Tracey Wiley is the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bally’s Corporation, where she advances enterprise‑wide strategies to strengthen engagement with internal teams and diverse communities. She joined Bally’s in 2021 as a consultant and transitioned into a permanent DEI leadership role in 2022.

Before Bally’s, Wiley served two consecutive gubernatorial appointments as Director of Virginia’s Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity. Under her leadership, the Commonwealth achieved a record 37%—or $2.4B—in spending with small, women‑owned, and minority‑owned businesses. She also oversaw statewide COVID‑19 small‑business relief efforts, deploying over $100M in grants. Wiley has served on numerous boards nationally and is also founder and CEO of Rainmaker Industries Group, LLC, focused on expanding generational wealth in communities of color.
