Tom Nieman joined Bally Manufacturing Corporation in Chicago directly after graduating from the University of Michigan in 1973. He moved to Las Vegas in 1993 to work with Bally Gaming Inc. as VP Marketing. Subsequently, he worked for Shuffle Master Inc. and JCM Global in Las Vegas. Additionally, he served as President of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) and on the board of the American Gaming Association (AGA). Mr. Nieman has participated in multiple global conferences and events in his 50 years in Gaming.  In 2019 he formed Apollo Gaming Group, a gaming consultancy and was awarded the Yens Halle Memorial Award for “Excellence in Commercial Gaming Professionalism”.
