Steven Bainbridge is Co-Managing Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig Limited – UAE and Co-Chair of the Sports Business Industry Group. Steve has deep experience in the sports and entertainment field, advising clients on a wide array of transactions underpinning the sector, from governance issues to athlete endorsement agreements, anti-ambush marketing strategies, player contracts, broadcasting, merchandising and licensing agreements, disciplinary issues, gaming regulatory and various entertainment specific venue management arrangements.
