Stephen Hodgson is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser who has more than 19 years' experience advising businesses, regulators, and governments on the taxation of land-based and online betting and gaming across more than 50 jurisdictions.

He spent over 8 years helping to lead the global tax function of a major multinational betting and gaming operator, where he oversaw annual tax payments of €2 billion.

Last year, Stephen was called as an expert witness by the UK House of Commons Treasury Select Committee as part of its inquiry into the taxation of betting and gaming.
