Sherene Fernando leads RGC's Advisory Services, with over 14 years of specialized expertise in responsible gambling. Her diverse portfolio encompasses strategy and policy development, comprehensive program reviews, and the design, development, and evaluation of training programs. Sherene has contributed to problem gambling prevention campaigns, research projects, and helped operators implement recommendations to improve staff engagement, informed player decisions, and organizational RG culture. She has conducted numerous evaluations of RG programs globally, spanning both land-based and online platforms across all lines of business.
