Shay Segev is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DAZN Group, the ultimate sports entertainment platform that unites sports fans worldwide. Shay is responsible for overseeing the company’s global strategy and driving DAZN through its next phase of growth.

Before joining DAZN in 2021, Shay was CEO of Entain, a FTSE 100 sports betting and gaming company, where he oversaw a period of exceptional growth, including the acquisition of bwin.party and Ladbrokes Coral, and establishment of U.S. market leader BetMGM. He has vast technology and operations experience with a proven track record in transformation and scaling digital consumer businesses.
Earlier in his career, Shay held executive positions at Videobet, Playtech, Gala Coral and global software company Mercury Interactive. Shay has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a degree in computer science from Tel Aviv University.
