With over thirty years of experience in the lottery industry, I started in 1994 at IPRA, the lottery of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
Since 2018, executive director of CIBELAE; working for legal, safe, transparent, and responsible gaming in the Ibero-American region with the aim of strengthening and promoting the exchange of experiences between regulators, operators, and lottery providers, promoting the integrity of betting, and the importance of certifications.
