Attorney with 15+ years of experience in Public Law and public-sector management, with a career consolidated in the Government of the State of Paraná. I began at Zênite, advising public entities on bid, contract, and agreement matters. At the Paraná Public Prosecutor’s Office, I supported the Jury Court Prosecutor’s Office in filings and hearings. I then served as legal counsel at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Paraná and at the Office of the Attorney General of the Municipality of Ponta Grossa, preparing legal opinions, reviewing administrative contracts, and ensuring legal compliance. At the State Secretariat for Infrastructure and Logistics, I was Technical Director, coordinating strategic infrastructure programs, drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts, managing the Ombudsman’s Office, and enhancing coordination across government units. I am currently the Technical (Legal) Director at LOTTOPAR, leading legal and administrative advisory functions and overseeing Compliance, Internal Control, and the Ombudsman’s Office, ensuring regulatory compliance and institutional liaison with oversight and regulatory bodies.
