Philisiwe Bhengu, Founder and Director of Research iGaming (RI Experts), created to bridge the gap between education, employment, and innovation in the gaming industry. With over a decade of experience spanning land-based casinos, cruise ship operations, and online iGaming, I’ve seen how fragmented the industry can be, especially for professionals in emerging markets. My mission is to make gaming education more accessible, promote responsible gambling, and create pathways for African talent to participate in the global gaming economy. Through my work, I aim to combine technology, training, and opportunity to build a more inclusive and future-ready industry.
