Paris Smith began her 30-year gaming career in 1995 with WWTS. In 2006, she joined Pinnacle as COO, helping transition the business toward Asian and European markets. Promoted to CEO in 2008, she pioneered initiatives like accepting the first esports bets in 2010. With unmatched industry expertise, Paris founded Life Winning which focuses on angel investing, advising, and consulting on leadership. In 2024, Paris also co-founded Defy the Odds, which focuses on supporting and advising marginalized business owners in the industry. Both entities leverage her passion and experience, continuing to guide and contribute to the gaming industry.
