Neil Montgomery is a Brazilian qualified lawyer and founding and managing partner of Montgomery (www.montgomery.adv.br), a full service Brazilian law firm internationally renowned for its support to foreign clients investing in Brazil, mainly in the regulated sectors of gaming and aviation. Neil has advised the Brazilian gaming market for 20 years and speaks at the main gaming conferences in Brazil and overseas. In 2024, he figured in position 36 in iGaming Express´s powerlist of the 100 most influential persons in the global gaming sector, having been the only Brazilian lawyer to be mentioned and the best ranked Brazilian. He also represents Brazil at the IMGL – International Masters of Gaming Law.
