Graduate in law and master's degree in MBA and Human Rights. He has experience in the public sector holding positions such as Director of Services or Entrepreneurship Facilitator in the Basque Government. Prior to his appointment as General Director of Gambling Regulation, he held the position of Comptroller in the Economic Control Office of the Department of Finance and Economy of the Basque Government, an activity that he combined with that of Associate Professor at the University of the Basque Country.
