In 2017, Kelly Kehn co-founded the All-in Diversity Project (AIDP) alongside Christina Thakor-Rankin, an industry-led not-for-profit organization that serves to promote diversity and inclusion within the sector. Kelly's mission is to demonstrate the invaluable benefits of diversity and inclusion through measurable results and revenue growth. AIDP's flagship initiative is the All-Index, a global survey that measures diversity, inclusion, and workplace equality within betting and gaming. 
 
Alongside her work with the All-in Diversity Project, Kelly also serves as a Partner, Industry Relations for HappyHour, an investment firm within the betting and gaming industry. With her expertise and passion for driving meaningful change, Kelly is an advocate for people and innovation across the world.
