Prior to joining Everi as General Counsel in 2021, Kate served as the Chair of the Gaming Practice Group at the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC. A leading Nevada gaming attorney with a global reputation, Kate spent nearly two decades in private practice counseling many of the world’s premier gaming companies on regulatory issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, reorganizations and financings. Kate is ranked in both Chambers and Best Lawyers in America, and she serves on the Executive Committee of the International Masters of Gaming Law.
