Harvey LeNar (they/them) is a heart-centered ADHD coach, AI enthusiast, growth marketer, and gender and neurodiversity educator helping organizations build more inclusive, human-first teams. In their role at Saroca, Harvey supports global teams in strengthening productivity systems, communication, psychological safety, and cohesion across intergenerational groups. Their work integrates sociology, modern behavioral science, and practical tech systems to help high-performing teams leverage their diversity and thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Harvey brings this lens to ICE Barcelona as the moderator for the AI & Neurodivergence panel, where they guide nuanced conversations on innovation, identity, accessibility, and the future of work.
