Frazer McNaughton MICA is Head of Compliance and Group MLRO at Grace Media and Betable Group, leading multi licence teams across the UK, Gibraltar and emerging markets. He builds high potential, commercially fluent compliance AML and safer gambling functions that are stable through crisis and are trusted in the boardroom. He founded the “Ministry of Tactical Yeses”, a philosophy of partnering with product and commercial teams to make a ‘no’ outcome into a structured, commercially defensible ‘yes’.
