Business Administrator with studies in High Management and Specialization in Social Management. He has over 30 years of experience in the public and private sectors, with extensive expertise in developing public policies, oversight, and monitoring of entities generating health resources, and in Colombia's games of chance and gambling sector. He served as National Director of Games at Ecosalud and ETESA. Since 2014, he has been president of Fecoljuegos and currently leads the International Federation of Games of Chance and Gambling (FIJA). He is part of the Board of Directors of the Forum of Presidents and Autocontrol Colombia, and a member of ALIADAS and ANDI.
