Dawid Muller
Advocate Dawid Benjamin Muller is an admitted Advocate of the High Courts of South Africa and Lesotho, holding LLB Civ. (1982) and LLB (1984) degrees from the University of Pretoria. With a background as a senior police officer, he built strong expertise in investigations, governance and regulatory compliance. Since 1998, he has specialised in lottery operations and regulation, contributing to all four South African National Lottery licensing processes, including serving as Bid Manager for the fourth RFP. Internationally recognised, he helped develop the WLA Security Control Standard and has advised multiple African regulators. He is currently Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Sizekhaya Holdings, a member of the Advisory Services team of Vlaemminck.law and the co-owner of Division One Advisory.
