Charles is the founder and CEO of Department of Trust. A career entrepreneur, in 1998 he created beenz.com – the world’s first digital currency – and Probability in 2003 (real-money mobile gaming), which was acquired by IGT in 2014. He then lead the rollout of IGT’s US sports betting business from San Francisco until 2001. He is currently a non-executive Director of Veikkaus Oy, the Finnish gambling monopoly and sits on the Gambling Commission’s Industry Forum. He is on the advisory Boards of Games Global and Ingenuity. Charles graduated from Oxford University (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) and lives in London.
