Cesar Lozoya Martinez is a Graduate Research Assistant at the International Gaming Institute (IGI) and a Master's student in Hospitality Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his B.S. in May of 2025 in Hospitality Management with a minor in Public Policy from UNLV's Honors College (Magna Cum Laude).
Cesar's work explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), governance, and responsible gambling. His published policy brief, ""AI in the Gaming Industry: Proposing a Registry Framework,"" bridges hospitality management and public policy, examining how AI use cases can be documented and classified to inform regulation.
