Speakers

Beata Stelmach, President of Poland’s national lottery operator Totalizator Sportowy, combines public service and private sector leadership, having served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as CEO of General Electric in Poland and the Baltics. Her background includes advisory roles with the World Bank and board positions at leading financial institutions.

She holds degrees from the Warsaw School of Economics, INSEAD, and the University of Calgary.

Her vision for EL focuses on strengthening EU-level advocacy, safeguarding the traditional lottery model, raising awareness of illegal betting risks, and promoting safe, responsible, and socially beneficial gaming.
