Aurea Navarro is a trained lawyer and Director General of the Association of Permit Holders, Operators and Suppliers of the Entertainment and Gambling Industry in Mexico (AIEJA), an organization representing more than 60 companies across the country’s gaming verticals. With a solid background in public service, she began her career in the education and governance sectors, developing a strategic perspective on the relationship between industry, regulation and public policy. Since 2009, she has played a key role at AIEJA, driving the institutional strengthening of the sector, fostering dialogue with authorities and promoting the professionalization of the industry. She has organized and participated in more than 50 national and international industry forums, positioning AIEJA as a leading voice in regulated gaming in Latin America.
