Arno started his journey in the gambling industry in the early nineties with Casinos Austria. He learned the business from scratch and experienced several changes in the industry, especially with the legal framework and the discussion about responsibility. In 2013 he started as a Responsible Gaming Consultant and had the chance to work with different companies and authorities in Europe. Since 2018 Arno has worked as independent Course Director for Responsible Gaming Academy at Clarion’s Totally Gaming Academy London.  In 2020 he returned to Casinos Austria & Austrian Lotteries Group as Managing Director Responsible Gaming.
