Ani Atabekyan is Development Director for Gaming at Barrière Group, where she leads the group’s international casino development strategy across multiple regulated markets. She is responsible for identifying new opportunities, structuring partnerships, and overseeing the launch of new land-based and online gaming operations, including licensing processes, regulatory coordination and operational readiness.

With more than 12 years of experience in strategy and business development, Ani has held senior leadership roles across both iGaming and land-based gaming ecosystems, including BetConstruct, VBET, SoftConstruct (as General Deputy CEO) and most recently as COO of KoralPlay at Kilamba Group. Across these roles, she has led market entry projects, licensing and compliance processes, product and service strategy, operational scaling, team development and platform transitions in highly regulated jurisdictions.
