Alison Grinnell is the Group Chief Operating Officer, Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, overseeing development, asset management and advisory functions across the group’s hospitality portfolio. In 2025, Marjan merged with RAK Hospitality Holding (where Alison held the position of CEO) combining world-class hospitality expertise with visionary land development strategies to form a dynamic, future-ready organisation.

Alison has helped drive the development of Wynn Al Marjan Island and has overseen major hotels, new developments, and iconic leisure attractions including the Jais Flight zipline and Bear Grylls Explorers Camp.

Before moving to Ras Al Khaimah, she spent nearly 15 years at PwC, leading its Middle East Hotel Practice. She is recognised by Forbes Middle East as a top tourism leader.
