To reflect this, in 2026 the Sustainable Gambling Zone was given a more prominent location next to the walkway between Hall 4 & 5 and an open-plan layout to ensure maximum visibility and visitor engagement.
Over three days of collaboration and knowledge sharing, attendees learnt about emerging tech trends such as AI, heard from charities & individuals with lived experience and contributed to discussions around the development of safer gaming regulation.
